In order to provide my clients with the best fitting service for their hot topics, I decided to offer 3 settings. They distinguish in timely horizon, scope, target groups, my role and day rates.

Interim Manager

  • Scope: Ensure leadership during vacancy, stabilize business and set impulses for growth, structured handover
  • Role: Department, Business Unit or Country leadership
  • Clients: grown-ups („Mittelstand“) and start-ups
  • Day rates: market-average for interim management at this level
  • Timely horizon: 3-12 months

Consultant

  • Scope: Solving a specific client´s problem in the area of sales and/or strategy with a clear definition of the expected outcome
  • Role: Project leadership and in depth content delivery
  • Clients: grown-ups („Mittelstand“) and start-ups
  • Day rates: below strategy firms due to limited overhead, above interim management
  • Timely horizon: 2-12 weeks

Advisor

  • Scope: independently advise in strategic decisions
  • Role: guide with FMCG – sales, marketing and general management knowledge, open doors in industry / retail / M&A
  • Clients: VCs, PEs, „Mittelstand“
  • Day rates: as consulting or equivalent in equity
  • Timely horizon: > 3 years
