In order to provide my clients with the best fitting service for their hot topics, I decided to offer 3 settings. They distinguish in timely horizon, scope, target groups, my role and day rates.
Interim Manager
- Scope: Ensure leadership during vacancy, stabilize business and set impulses for growth, structured handover
- Role: Department, Business Unit or Country leadership
- Clients: grown-ups („Mittelstand“) and start-ups
- Day rates: market-average for interim management at this level
- Timely horizon: 3-12 months
Consultant
- Scope: Solving a specific client´s problem in the area of sales and/or strategy with a clear definition of the expected outcome
- Role: Project leadership and in depth content delivery
- Clients: grown-ups („Mittelstand“) and start-ups
- Day rates: below strategy firms due to limited overhead, above interim management
- Timely horizon: 2-12 weeks
Advisor
- Scope: independently advise in strategic decisions
- Role: guide with FMCG – sales, marketing and general management knowledge, open doors in industry / retail / M&A
- Clients: VCs, PEs, „Mittelstand“
- Day rates: as consulting or equivalent in equity
- Timely horizon: > 3 years
Environmental & Cultural Experience
- Private Equity owned companies
- Family owned companies
- Stock listed companies
- Cooperative
- Start-ups
