Environmental Responsibility
Although we can easily switch meetings from physical to digital, meeting face to face is either helpful or – depending on the scope of the project – absolutely necessary.
As Düsseldorf is a large village, for in-town meetings or engagements I use my bikes as much as possible. Traveling within Germany is easily done by train, much better than its reputation! You can work while traveling and, depending on tickets, you have great flexibility. Flying is my last option, if all other options do not make sense. Of course while dealing with offline retail, the use of a car is unavoidable.
In order to compensate my traveling I support „planted.green“ compensating emissions by planting trees.
